Life often will throw curve balls and have obstacles that we don’t plan for, or aren’t in control of. In these times we tend to feel out of control, anxious, we may feel alone, and not sure how to navigate through them. So if you’re searching for an encouraging, non-judgmental, welcoming and comforting space to help guide you through these times, I look forward to walking along side of you in your journey.
I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2010 and have experience in a variety of areas. I’m passionate about working with individuals, couples, and family systems to help empower clients to make the changes they desire to get the results and the life they hope for. I believe change is possible for every individual who is courageous and honest with themselves, and makes the decision to put the work in to change.
I have a desire in working with adolescents, couples, and family systems. I have a lot of experience in working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, trauma, abuse, and personality challenges.
I am passionate about the work I do in helping others and walking alongside of them in their journey. I believe it is Gods desire for me to help others. I do, however, know that not everyone shares the same viewpoint. I am here to help anyone, no matter your values or religious beliefs. I honor and respect where everyone is at in their spiritual journey.
I use a client centered approach to help clients focus on attainable goals to work towards, as well as combining other modalities such as; cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and emotionally focused approaches. I believe in meeting clients where they are at on their journey and collaborating care with them to reach their desired goals.
